3. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Considered

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same transaction.
• Technical failure: you paid but received no access, and the issue persists after contacting our support team.
• Fraudulent transaction: an unauthorized payment was made using your account or payment method.
